Safety & Emergency Guidelines
  • Life jackets, lifebuoys, fire extinguishers, and first-aid kits are provided onboard.
  • Guests must wear life jackets when instructed by staff.
  • Emergency exits and safety equipment locations will be explained during check-in.
  • Swimming, diving, or jumping into the water from the float home is strictly prohibited.
Guest Conduct & Onboard Rules
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on decks of the float home.
  • Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
  • Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
  • Children must be supervised by guardians at all times.
  • Fishing, feeding birds, or disturbing aquatic life is not allowed.
Environmental Protection Policy
  • This is an eco-sensitive water body. Littering or throwing waste into water is strictly prohibited.
  • Toilets are connected to approved bio-digester systems.
  • Do not dispose of plastic or sanitary items into toilets.
  • Guests are requested to conserve water and electricity during their stay.
Damage, Liability & Security
  • Any damage to float home property or equipment will be charged to the guest.
  • Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Guests use the facilities at their own risk and must follow staff instructions at all times.
Weather & Force Majeure
  • Operations may be suspended or bookings rescheduled due to adverse weather or safety concerns.
  • Management reserves the right to shift guests or cancel operations in the interest of safety.
  • Refunds or alternate arrangements will be provided as per company policy.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days (excluding transaction charges).

Cancellation Policy

Timing of Cancellation Cancellation Charges
More than 96 hours (4 days) before check-in 10% of the ticket value
Between 96 hours and 48 hours before check-in 30% of the ticket value
Between 48 hours and 24 hours before check-in 50% of the ticket value
Less than 24 hours before check-in No refund

Cancellation requests must be communicated via phone or email. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, excluding transaction fees. No-shows or early departures will be charged in full.
