How do I book a room?+
Pick your destination and dates on our website, choose your room(s), enter your details and pay securely online.
What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon, unless your booking says otherwise.
How do I pay?+
Room bookings are paid in full online through our secure payment gateway at the time of booking.
Can I cancel or change my booking?+
Yes — cancellation charges may apply depending on timing. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within a few working days.
Do you allow group bookings?+
Yes — book multiple rooms in one go, or contact us for larger families, groups and corporate outings.
Is parking available?+
